The Guildfords Group is pleased to have provided a range of specialty insulation, firestopping and fireproof- ing services in the construction of National Defence’s Transportation, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (TEME) Facility now nearing completion in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Guildfords (2005) Inc., working under contract to At- lantica Mechanical, provided pipe insulation throughout the facility as well as canvas jacketing for the HVAC duct- work. PVC jacketing was also installed on the building’s various piping systems. Sister company Guild Contract- ing Specialties provided firestopping throughout the fa- cility as well as spray-applied fireproofing under contract to Project Manager Ellis-Don.
