Beyond more standard projects, Pereira says the com-
pany often gets referrals from contractors where the client
requires a custom window. Dundas is also experienced in
finding solutions for heritage and historic homes. “We un-
derstand the nuances in construction and can help navi-
gate the available options, or come up with a custom
solution to meet the project’s needs.”
Dundas still maintains a custom wood shop at its loca-
tion, a throwback to the company history, allowing it to cus-
tom make mouldings and trim where projects require
specialized finishing details.

Pereira says a large part of the company’s success is
still connected to the business’ family relationships. “The
family is very hands on and those who work with us are
like family. Our clients appreciate that close feel and our
commitment to ensuring they get great product and a good
honest experience.”
