- Extended Realities (XR): Technologies like digital twins and immersive visualization are enhancing collaboration, improving decision-making, and allowing for real-time modeling and testing before physical construction begins.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): The use of AI—including machine learning, intelligent automation, and generative AI—is enabling data-driven decision-making and optimization throughout the construction value chain.
- Robotics and Drones: These tools are automating quality control and safety inspections while taking on labor-intensive tasks. Their continued evolution is expanding the role of automation on construction sites.
