The League of Champions (LOC) will host its C-Suite Leadership Conference on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association in Toronto. The event will run from 7 a.m. to noon and feature a series of sessions aimed at empowering leaders to build a strong culture of health and safety in the workplace.

The conference will begin with opening remarks from Dr. Joel Moody, chief people officer (CPO) of the League of Champions. Known for his expertise in organizational development, Dr. Moody will set the stage for a day of discussions on leadership excellence and the vital role leadership plays in fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and well-being.

After the opening, a panel of distinguished C-suite executives will engage in a discussion on how to lead organizations toward success while embedding health and safety at the core of corporate culture.

The morning will also feature a keynote presentation focused on equipping leaders with the strategies and tools to inspire commitment within their teams. This session will explore ways to ensure that safety and excellence remain top priorities in organizational values.

The event will take place at the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association, 21 Voyager Court South in Toronto.

Attendees are encouraged to wear their LOC jerseys to show solidarity and support for a shared commitment to construction health and safety. This simple gesture highlights the collective responsibility of leaders to promote safer workplaces.

Founded in 2015, the League of Champions is a cross-sector advocacy group focused on improving health and safety standards in the construction industry.
