The Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority (WDBA) last week announced it had issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to pre-qualified teams as part of its process to select a private sector partner to deliver the Gordie Howe International Bridge project.
The three proponents invited to submit formal proposals are:

The next step for WDBA are business-to-business meetings, which will take place on both sides of the border, and are intended “to provide opportunities for the region’s business community and the proponents to network and engage in introductory discussions on sourcing and vendor needs.”
