The federal and provincial governments are sharing $24.2 in public contributions to build a new seniors lodge in Innisfail, Alberta. Construction led by contractor Shunda Consulting and Construction Management started in October.

The Autumn Glen Lodge will include 60 lodge units and 30 seniors’ self-contained apartments.

JMAA Architecture from Red Deer is the project’s architect. Plans call for the work to meet LEED Silver standards.
